Workshops
|
 |

Workshops are conducted in a seminar format away from the golf course, offering a highly effective environment that is conducive to learning powerfully transformative mind/body skills and techniques that can be applied both to golf and life.
We look at how the mind works in relation to the energies of thought, emotion, language, and belief. We show how the non-stop looping of thought and emotion manifests in the body as calmness or tension. We offer models based upon the latest scientific research in quantum physics and brain research. We teach skills that tap into the power of imagination, which is where all thought begins and from where all movement starts.
Our workshops are held not just for golfers or athletes, but for those from every walk of life. Typical organizations we present to include:
- Private and public golf clubs
- Men's, women's and youth golf associations
- University and college golf and athletic departments
- Businesses and corporations
- Charitable and not-for-profit organizations
- Chambers of commerce
- Trade shows
Workshops are available as partial- or full-day events and can be hosted by organizations to the general public as fundraising events. We highly tailor any workshop to reflect the specific needs of client organizations, and time is made available during each seminar for questions and answers.

Clinics |
 |

Clinics incorporate Spirit of Golf principles with range time and on-course play. In concert with PGA teaching professionals (from the host club or from our staff of PGA professionals) who believe in the concepts of Spirit of Golf, we combine mind/body skills with swing mechanics and fundamentals in a fun, simple, straightforward way.
Understanding and practicing the mental and emotional aspects of the game are an integral part of each clinic. The on-range and on-course experiences involve practice and application of the concepts presented by Spirit of Golf.
Clinics begin and end each day with exercises and techniques to help us experience deeper, more profound levels of calmness, imagination and focus. From the classroom we move to the golf course to begin hitting shots and playing; utilizing newly developed skills that allow our minds and bodies to be in greater harmony and flow with the mechanics of the swing.
The fundamentals taught at clinics include all aspects of the golf swing (unless otherwise noted), including the full swing, short game, and putting. Full-day, weekend, and week-long (five-day) clinics are offered.
Fees:
- The cost of a full-day clinic is $4,500* plus travel expenses. The clinic runs from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and includes the Spirit of Golf workshop, range time and on-course play.
- The cost of a weekend clinic is $8,000* plus travel expenses. This clinic begins late Friday afternoon and runs through Sunday afternoon. There are approximately 10 hours of workshop presentations interspersed with time on both Saturday and Sunday for range work and on-course play.
- The cost of a week-long clinic is $20,000* plus travel expenses. This clinic begins on Sunday evening with an informal reception and ends Friday afternoon. Presentations and discussions with ample time for questions and answers will be held each day in the morning and again in the late afternoon.
Please note: The quoted fees are for Spirit of Golf services and training materials only, and assume that the host club will provide its own staff of PGA teaching professionals, and therefore charge each student accordingly. If Spirit of Golf teaching professionals are utilized, additional costs will be incurred. Additional fees for food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), range balls, carts, and greens fees are the responsibility of the host club.
* A discounted fee structure is available for educational and not-for-profit organizations. |
